We are pleased to say that we are now seeing clients back in the building and are working our normal hours. We still have social distancing in place and ask that as a courtesy to our team and other clients everyone coming into the practice wears a face covering. Where this is not possible we can still arrange to see you outside and examine and treat your pet as normal.
Our opening hours are now:
Monday - Friday 8:30am-7pm
Saturday - 8:30am-12noon
Sunday - Emergencies only 10.30-11.30
Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday - 9am-7pm
Thursday - 9am-5pm (puppy parties 5.30-6.30pm)
Saturday and Sunday CLOSED
We are limiting the number of clients in the surgeries at any one time so would still ask that you phone us when you arrive at the surgery. Clients will be called in as the vet/nurse is ready to see them.
Naturally if any client prefers to be seen outside this can be arranged- please just notify us at the time you make the appointment so we can plan for the extra time needed.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all clients for their patience and to explain again our methods of working over the next few weeks/months.
Unfortunately we are not designated as key workers. This means that as a business although we are trying to run as efficiently as possible we do run the risk that should anyone in the surgery test positive for COVID we could be shut down completely for a period. This has happened to several practices and would have a major impact on our ability to offer any service should we be affected.
So whilst we appreciate that it can be frustrating to have to wait longer than normal for appointments, wait in the car park and be limited to one client per pet, we feel this method of working provides the best service to our clients and patients with the least risk of falling foul of government regulations should we have a positive test situation.
All our staff- reception, nurses, vets and admin staff are working exceptionally hard to give the best possible service.
